MasterRib is designed with extra wide ribs to increase strength and ease handling and installation. Another unique feature of the MasterRib panel is the extra large siphoning channel under the under-lap rib which provides extra leak resistance in extreme wind and rain conditions. MasterRib panels have our premium Siliconized Modified Polyester (SMP) paint system that provides the industry’s best color stability, chalk resistance, fade resistance, gloss retention, stain resistance and scratch resistance 45 year paint warranty. The Galvalume coating on the panels provides rust resistance with a 25 year substrate rust warranty. Union’s paint colors have EnergyStar ratings and can reflect up to 70% of the sun’s energy that can reduce attic temperatures and cooling costs.
